As Vice President of Pre-Construction, Clayton oversees the estimating teams. He focuses on the single-tenant client base and other pre-construction services, such as bid solicitation, conceptual budgeting, value engineering, the design process and all services leading up to contract negotiation.

Born into a construction family in Cleveland, Tennessee, Clayton has a lifetime of construction experience. He is a graduate of Lee University with bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Business Administration and brings 15 years of General Contacting / Earthwork experience to the company.
